STILL NOT SURE?
We understand you may have questions about our programs. Here are answers to some of the most common ones:
It depends on the format your court or agency accepts. The online course takes 10 hours or more at your own pace. Therapy is ten weekly sessions, about ten weeks.
Our programs meet court standards in both Canada and the United States. No provider is accepted everywhere, though, and every judge, probation officer or agency sets their own rules. Confirm before you enroll and we will help you check.
Yes. What you share during the program and in your assignments is kept confidential under privacy laws and professional ethical standards. Your completion letter or report may be shared with a court, probation officer or investigating agency if your order requires it, and that is the only information that leaves us.
Not for you if your order names a provider we are not on or a program we do not run, if your order requires in-person attendance, if you cannot commit to completing every component, or if you want a certificate to buy rather than a program to complete. If criminal charges are pending and you have not spoken to your lawyer, do that first. Ask us and we will tell you honestly.
A letter. It lists your dates, hours, topics covered and your clinician's credentials, and is issued within two business days once your assignments have been reviewed and meet program standards. Therapy clients receive a detailed two to three page court or agency report on request. Courts want a full document, and printable certificates are the most common reason people repeat a program.
Our therapy sessions may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on your plan and your clinician's designation. The self-paced course is education rather than therapy and is not usually covered. Ask us what to look for in your plan.
The online course teaches the curriculum at your own pace and suits education-focused orders. Therapy is one-to-one across ten sessions and works on what sits underneath, caregiver stress, power imbalances, and the patterns that led here. If your order names counseling, treatment or a session count, choose therapy, because the course will not satisfy it.

Work through your required coursework online at your own pace, with flexible access that fits your schedule and keeps you moving toward your program requirements.
