Frequently Asked Questions

We understand you may have questions about our programs. Here are answers to some of the most common ones:

How long are road rage programs?

It depends on the format your court accepts. The road rage course online takes 15 hours or more at your own pace. Road rage therapy is fifteen weekly sessions, or faster if your court approves an expedited schedule.

Will my court accept a court approved road rage course taken online?

Our programs have been approved in courts across the U.S., Canada and Australia for close to twenty years. No provider is accepted everywhere, though, and every judge and probation officer sets their own rules. Confirm before you enrol and we will help you check.

Who is this NOT for?

Not for you if your case involves a minor, if your court named a provider we are not on, if your order requires in-person attendance, or if you want a certificate to buy rather than a program to complete. Ask us and we will tell you honestly.

Do I get a certificate or a letter?

A letter. It lists your dates, hours, topics covered and your clinician's credentials. Courts want a full document, and printable certificates are the most common reason people repeat a program.

Can I complete the whole program online?

Yes. Both formats run online start to finish, so there is nothing to travel to. No waiting lists, no time off work, and you can start today rather than waiting for a local intake date.

Can I do a anger management and road rage program together?

Yes. Many clients are ordered to complete both, or receive an order that names one and describes the other. Tell us what your order says and we will arrange the sequence and the paperwork so nothing is duplicated or missed.

What is the difference between the online course and road rage therapy?

The online course teaches the curriculum at your own pace and suits first-time or lower-risk offenders with resolution agreements or educational mandates. Road Rage therapy is one-to-one over ten sessions and works on emotional regulation, stress response, managing triggers, accountability, and harm prevention. If your order names counseling, treatment, or a session count, choose therapy, because the course may not satisfy it.
