Your completion letter or report may be shared with a court, diversion coordinator or probation officer if your agreement requires it, and that is the only information that leaves us.

Therapy clients receive a detailed two to three page court or agency report on request. Courts want a full document, and printable certificates are the most common reason people repeat a program.

Are these programs covered by benefits in Canada?

Our therapy sessions may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on your plan and your clinician's designation. The self-paced course is education rather than therapy and is not usually covered. Ask us what to look for in your plan.

What is the difference between the online course and therapy?
