STILL NOT SURE?
We understand you may have questions about our programs. Here are answers to some of the most common ones:
Your completion letter is issued in English and states the program, hours, dates and topics, the same letter English-language clients receive. Courts have accepted our programs since 2008, but no provider is accepted everywhere, so confirm with your officer before you enroll and we will help you check.
Course materials are professionally translated. What is included can vary by language and by program, so contact us before enrolling and we will confirm exactly what your course provides in the language you are considering.
The 21+ languages apply to our self-paced online programs. Live group classes are delivered in English.
Private therapy is different. Sessions are delivered in English, but you are welcome to bring your own interpreter so you can take part fully in your own language. The interpreter must be independent of your case, not a party to it, a witness, or anyone else involved in the matter. A professional interpreter, or a trusted friend or relative with no connection to the case, all work. Tell us before your first session so your therapist can plan for it.
No. Pricing is set by the program and the format you choose, never by the language. A self-paced course costs the same whether you take it in English, Spanish, Punjabi or any of the other 21 languages.
Within three business days of your final assignment being reviewed and approved.
Court Counseling Institute has built court approved programs since 2008. Every course for court is developed and reviewed by licensed mental health professionals, then professionally translated. Courts, probation officers and employers across the U.S., Canada and Australia have accepted them for 18 years.
