trusts, the client can succeed, and the documentation holds up.
We know what the court is looking for
Court-ordered programs delivered across the USA, Canada and Australia since 2008. We know what judges, case managers and child protection workers need to see in a report.
A therapy center first, not a formality
Every program is led by a licensed mental health professional, and clients do the real work of changing their behavior. Courts see genuine progress. Clients feel supported rather than processed.
Confidentiality is built in
We never share the details of a client's therapeutic sessions with the court without the client's permission. The court receives documentation of completion, not the content of therapy.
Five conditions stand between enrollment and a completion letter
- Registered and completed intake
- Attended every session, on time
- Participated openly in the work
- Completed every assignment
- Finished all program material
All cases welcome. Clients do not need to admit guilt or be sentenced to take our programs. Pre-sentencing therapy to help their case is common, as is court-ordered work after sentencing.
What your client walks away with
Depending on the program, a letter of completion or a full personalized 2 to 5 page report, signed by a licensed professional, with hours, dates and contact details for verification.
We have options and we are flexible. If a client needs a program we do not have templated, we provide it in a one-on-one therapy format. We have worked with all types of cases in criminal, family and immigration court.
