CAUGHT UP IN A COURT MATTER & NEED SEXUAL BOUNDARIES CLASSES?
The goal isn’t just to finish a program. It’s to complete one that meets the courts' requirements.
CHOOSING YOUR PROGRAM
Watch the video to compare your options and find the program that best fits your requirements.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR COURT REQUIREMENT
Sexual Boundaries
A Sexual Boundaries program focuses on understanding appropriate sexual boundaries, consent, communication, personal responsibility, and healthy interpersonal behavior. It may be appropriate when your court order specifically requires a Sexual Boundaries program and related educational accountability requirements.
Inappropriate Sexual Conduct
An Inappropriate Sexual Conduct program focuses more specifically on addressing inappropriate sexual behaviors, understanding their impact, taking responsibility, and developing healthier patterns of behavior. It may be appropriate when your court order specifically requires an Inappropriate Sexual Conduct program.
The name of the program in your court order or referral matters. If it says Sexual Boundaries, choose the Sexual Boundaries program. If it specifically says Inappropriate Sexual Conduct, enroll in that program. If you’re unsure, contact us before enrolling so we can help review the requirement and recommend the appropriate option. We also recommend confirming acceptance with your court, probation officer, attorney, or referring authority.

WHO WE HELP
If you recognise yourself in even one of these, you are in the right place, and far from the first.
A judge, lawyer or probation officer told you to complete sexual boundaries classes and gave you a date.
You have read the order three times and still cannot tell which class it means.
You searched sexual boundaries classes near me and found waiting lists and long drives.
Family court wants proof of emotional control before your next hearing.
HR referred you after an incident and needs documentation, not an explanation.
Nobody ordered you. You just know it's time for change.
WHAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T EXPECT
Your court order may simply say “complete a sexual boundariescourse.” But it may not tell you how many hours you need, which format qualifies, or what documentation you’ll need when you’re finished. And while you’re trying to figure it out, your deadline keeps getting closer.
Asking means explaining why you need Sexual Boundaries classes. So you put it off another week, and another.
Your lawyer bills by the hour whether you've enrolled or not. Add time off work and the drive to a local class.
Your court rejected a cheap online Sexual Boundaries course. Now you pay twice!

Your court or probation officer needs documentation they can verify. Court Counseling Institute provides a detailed completion letter with your instructor’s name, professional credentials, signature, completed hours and dates, topics covered, and contact information for verification.

We understand you may have questions about our programs. Here are answers to some of the most common ones:
It depends on the format your court accepts. Our live sexual boundaries group program runs for two full days, about eight hours each day. The sexual boundaries self-paced online course takes 12+ hours at your own pace. Sexual Boundaries Therapy is twelve 50-minute sessions, or roughly four weeks with fast-tracking and court approval.
Our programs have been approved in courts across the U.S., Canada and Australia for close to twenty years. No provider is accepted everywhere, though, and every judge and probation officer sets their own rules. Confirm before you enrol and we will help you check.
Not for you if your court named a provider we are not on, if your order requires in-person attendance, or if you want a certificate to buy rather than a program to complete. Ask us and we will tell you honestly.
The documentation depends on the program you select. The 12-session therapy program includes a personalized completion report upon successful completion. The 2-day group program provides a certificate within 2 business days of assignment approval, while the self-paced online course provides a letter of completion within 2 business days after final review and approval.
Every program runs online, so there is nothing to travel to. That is usually an advantage: no waiting lists, no time off work, and you can start today rather than waiting for a local intake date.
Yes. Many clients are ordered to complete both. Tell us what your order says and we will arrange the sequence and the paperwork so nothing is duplicated or missed.
A group program teaches the curriculum through live, therapist-led group learning. Sexual Boundaries therapy is one-to-one and works through topics such as boundaries, harmful thinking patterns, power and control, victim empathy, substance use, personal ethics, and more. If your order names counseling, treatment, or a specific session count, choose therapy, because a group program may not satisfy it.

If you're building a private practice and want a more organized, professional client experience...
This Client Intake Starter Pack was made for you.

Hi, I'm Jessica Echeverri. 👋
I'm an MSW, PhD(c), Psychotherapist, Clinical Traumatologist, Serial Entrepreneur, and founder of The Clinical CEO.
Like many therapists, I spent years developing my clinical skills, only to realize that no one teaches us how to build the business behind the therapy. We learn how to help people heal, but not how to create the systems, processes, and documentation that support a successful private practice.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when you're responsible for every intake form, consent document, policy, and client interaction, especially when you're trying to provide exceptional care at the same time.
That's why I created the Client Intake Starter Pack.
These professionally written, fully customizable templates give you the foundation to confidently welcome new clients, protect your practice, and create a polished onboarding experience. Instead of spending hours creating paperwork from scratch, you can focus on building a practice that feels organized, professional, and ready to grow alongside your clients.

This starter pack is designed for therapists building or growing a private practice who want professional, ready-to-use client documentation.
Yes! Every template is provided in Microsoft Word format, making it easy to customize with your practice name, branding, fees, policies, and local requirements.
These templates are designed as a professional starting point and should be customized to meet your local laws, licensing requirements, and professional regulations. We always recommend having your final documents reviewed by a qualified legal or regulatory professional.
Immediately after your purchase. You'll receive instant access to download the complete Client Intake Starter Pack so you can start customizing your documents right away.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring monthly fees. Once you purchase the starter pack, it's yours to customize and use in your private practice.
These documents are professionally written educational templates designed to help you build a strong foundation for your practice. Because laws and regulations vary by location, you should review and adapt them to meet the requirements of your jurisdiction before using them.
Absolutely. This starter pack was created specifically to help new and growing private practice therapists save time, look professional from day one, and confidently onboard clients without creating every document from scratch.
