Today, October 21, 2023 I completed my 12 sessions programs with Ms. Sarmiento. I must say that Ms. Sarmiento is a great, intellingent, full of knowledge and caring person. Anger Managers is a great company to work with. As a criminal lawyer, I am often seeking out counselling programs for my clients (i.e. domestic violence, alcohol counselling, etc.). I find that Anger Managers is much more affordable than other programs, and they are very organized, professional and pleasant to work with. Recently, I completed the "Managing Your Anger," a ten-hour self-lead course with the Anger Managers. Highly recommend it to anyone; this course was very informative and assisted in understanding the root cause of anger. Also, it provides the tools/or skillsets to manage and resolve these matters efficiently.
